Team Ion is a flexible ten month discipleship & leadership program from FourFiveSix, designed for the 9- to 12-year olds at your church as they take steps into faith ownership.

The program comes with 10 months of weekly meetings. Each meeting contains an hour of content:

• Bible Study, focused on Christian Leadership
• Team Building Activity
• Leadership Challenge
• Journal Pages with Weekly Reflection Questions
• Ministry Skills Training

Team Ion has been tested and developed for 20 years and has helped to launch leaders within the local church who have continued as adult ministry leaders.

Team Ion will equip you to develop a preteen leadership team within your church, whether you have a separate Intentional Preteen Ministry or are developing a leadership program for the preteens within a Children's Ministry!
